The Donut Effect

When you eat junk food, it is more difficult to think clearly.

When you are not thinking clearly, you are more likely to eat junk food.

Which causes you to not think clearly...

Which causes you to eat junk food...

This, for most, becomes a vicious cycle and before you know it, they're eating worse and worse and thinking less and less clearly.

If people only realized how important it is to nourish our body. Eating is not only for enjoyment, but our food is used to rebuild and repair cells constantly. If you are not nourishing your body, it is too busy making repairs from the toxins you've consumed (foods stripped of their nutrients like sugar and white flour, artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, antibiotics, hormones and other chemicals) while trying to replace each and every cell in your body on a regular basis, to function properly.
