How To Lose Weight Fast

Not that I recommend it, because losing a bunch of weight in a week is usually kind of pointless and rather unhealthy, but I know people will attempt to lose weight quickly for specific reasons.

If someone were to ask me how to lose a lot of weight fast, I would tell them this:
Don't eat carbs for a week. Every meal you eat without carbs is like a meal you didn't eat at all - when speaking of weight. Your body cannot store fat without the presence of insulin (from carbs or carbohydrates).
Because you are not storing fat, your body is using fat that is already stored so with 2 things going on (not storing fat AND burning fat) you will lose weight quickly. If you want to lose weight fast, this is the fastest way to lose weight without starving yourself. There are even desserts that you can eat using cream, cream cheese and of course BUTTER that are delicious and will help keep you on track.

Drink lots of water during that time to flush water weight out of your system.

Most important: take a fiber supplement! If you are eating mostly meat, cheese and eggs, there is not enough fiber and you are going to become constipated. Metamucil (or the store brand variety) is natural psyllium husks. Take that for two reasons: 1) to keep you from getting constipated 2) to get rid of even more weight from your colon. You'll feel better too! It's important to drink plenty of liquids while taking fiber. Start slowly so you don't feel bloated and constipated at first. Build up to full doses of what the instructions tell you to take.

This is not a good way to lose weight if you want to keep it off. You will feel deprived after a while and are likely to binge eat. However, it IS a good way to kick start a diet or kick your metabolism up a notch (as long as you are drinking the water, taking the fiber and not eating a bunch of unhealthy foods).

Find a list of carb free (or low carb foods), print it and put it on the frig. (Example: Low Carb Food List )

Eating foods that are low in fat (whole grains, veggies, fruits, skim milk, fat free yogurt, etc) seperately (by 3 hours) from the foods with fat will also keep you losing while doing this.
