I weighed in yesterday. The number was terrible. But I knew that with the health problems I've been having, not to actually use that weigh in number. After an average week, the scales were telling me I'd gained 2.2 lbs. I knew that was off so I stepped on the scales a few more times and discovered that the scales vary if you step on them over and over. I don't know if they're broken or if they just need batteries or what. Either way, I don't trust them entirely.
After a terrible day yesterday and not eating much, my weight today looked more like I expected - lost point something.
With all that said - I'm skipping my weigh in this week. I have no idea what I've really gained or lost.
