On Sept 9th, I created a weight loss support group on Facebook. The support has been very helpful to me. I've had only small losses the last two weeks but after trying to lose weight over the last several months without success, the small losses are exciting to me!
The only requirement for the weight loss group was to post your water intake each day. That has made me very aware of how much water I'm drinking each day and I have gradually gotten up to 8 glasses of water in a day. Going from drinking no water at all typically, I am very excited about this. I am eating less (weekends are still a challenge) and feeling better already.

I am crossing my fingers and hoping that the support group will give me the boost I need to get back on track and get this weight back off. With my Dad doing better and our store taking off, my stress levels, although not always down, are much more manageable.
As of yesterday, the support group is supposed to start posting our activity for the day. I'm hoping that makes me more aware of the opportunities for activity and maybe I'll be more motivated to choose to take them.
